Withdraw from the contract here
Submit your withdrawal online. We will record its content and time of receipt, and send a copy to your account email and CountTrace support.
Free beta
Business Beta is free, so there is no payment to refund. Creating an account does not start a paid subscription.
Withdrawing from a paid contract
Consumers entering a distance contract generally have 14 days to withdraw without giving a reason. For services or digital content, this period starts when the contract is concluded. We do not treat downloading CountTrace alone as consent to lose this right.
Send a clear withdrawal statement by email or post to the operator. You may use the prepared email below; that template is optional. Include enough information to identify the contract. We will acknowledge receipt of your message.
Refunds and stopping renewal
For a valid withdrawal, we refund the payments due without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving the notice, using the original payment method unless you agree to another method without extra cost.
To stop the next renewal, open your account and choose Manage payment. Check the end date shown in the portal. Stopping renewal does not automatically refund the current period; statutory rights and complaints remain separate. If the portal is unavailable, email us.
Product problems
If the service is not delivered or does not conform to the contract, applicable statutory remedies remain available independently of the withdrawal period. Describe the problem, account email and requested resolution. We do not apply a blanket “digital products are non-refundable” rule. Other buyers also retain protection granted to them by law.
